1. Do I need to have yoga experience to join a retreat?
Not at all! Our retreats are open to all levels. Every session includes modifications and is taught in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

2. Are flights included?
Flights are not included. However, we provide pickup and drop-off transportation from the nearest airport.

3. What kind of food is served?
Expect plant-forward, nourishing meals with options for vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free diets. We always ask for your preferences ahead of time.

4. What should I pack?
Once you’re booked, you’ll receive a Welcome Guide with a suggested packing list based on your destination and retreat length.

5. Are payment plans available?
Yes, we offer 2- or 3-part payment plans for all Signature and Private Retreats. Just ask during booking.

6. Can I bring my partner or a friend?
Absolutely! We have shared or couple’s suites available and offer small group discounts for friends or family joining together.

7. What’s your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat if canceled at least 30 days before the start date. Full policy available at booking.
