What’s the Age Range for Guests? Who Joins These Retreats?
Our guests typically range from their mid-20s to early 50s, though we welcome adults of all ages, but what truly matters is the mindset. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, most people who join are seeking meaningful connection, relaxation, personal growth, and a touch of adventure in a supportive, like-minded community.
Are Flights & Transfers Included in the Price?
Flights are not included, but round-trip airport transfers are included on the scheduled arrival and departure days. Once you share your flight details, our team will coordinate your pickup and drop-off to ensure a smooth arrival experience.
What’s Included in the Price?
Your retreat price includes:

How do I get to this Retreat?
After booking, you’ll receive a full travel guide with recommended flight times, arrival instructions, and what to bring. We’ll be in touch to collect your flight details and coordinate your transfer. If you need help planning your journey, our team is happy to assist.
What’s the Cancellation Policy?
We understand plans change. Here’s a summary:
• More than 120 days before the retreat: Full refund minus transaction fees
• 90–119 days: 50% refund
• 60–89 days: 25% refund
• Less than 60 days: No refund
All bookings require a $500 non-refundable deposit. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events.
Is This Just for Singles? Can I Come with My Partner or Friend?
You’re welcome to come alone or with someone, many of our guests travel solo, while others join with a partner, friend, or family member.
You can select a shared or private room depending on your preference, and regardless of how you come, our retreat is designed to create a warm, inclusive group dynamic.
Am I Too Old?
Not at all, if you’re open to new experiences, enjoy movement at your own pace, and are looking for meaningful connection, you’ll feel right at home. Our community is built around shared values, not age limits.
Can I Come Solo?
Yes, most of our guests actually join solo, and it’s one of the best ways to experience the retreat. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, inclusive group where connections form naturally, and you’ll never feel like you’re on your own unless you want to be.
How Often Do You Add New Destinations or Dates?
We release new dates and destinations seasonally( usually every few months) based on the flow of our community and global demand. If you want to be the first to know, sign up for early access or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.
What Are the Itineraries Like?
Each retreat blends structure with freedom—you can expect a balance of daily wellness sessions (like movement, breathwork, or yoga), locally guided adventures, free time to rest or explore, nourishing meals, and group gatherings. We create space for growth, connection, and spontaneity, all while respecting your personal rhythm.
I Have an Injury. Can I Still Come?
In most cases, yes. Our experiences are designed to be adaptable. We encourage you to share your condition with us in advance, so our team and facilitators can support you with modifications or alternatives during movement sessions. Your safety and comfort come first.
I Have Dietary Requirements – Can You Cater to This?
Absolutely—plant-based meals are our default, but we happily accommodate most dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, or allergen-specific requests. Just let us know in advance and our kitchen team will ensure you’re well taken care of.
Do I Have to Be Super Fit?
Not at all, our retreats are about connection and presence, not performance. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for your body, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner. Everything is optional, and there’s no pressure to “keep up.”
What Happens in Case of an Emergency?
We always have a clear emergency protocol in place. Our team is trained to act quickly, and we have direct contact with local medical services. We also recommend all guests travel with valid insurance that covers health, travel delays, and personal belongings, just in case.
