📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – SANTOSH RETREATS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings with Santosh Retreats. By submitting your deposit or payment, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility & Behavior

Participants must be 18 years or older. All guests are expected to act respectfully and responsibly toward retreat staff, local communities, and other guests. Disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory behavior may result in your immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

2. Health Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that you are in sufficient physical and mental health to participate in the activities offered (e.g. movement sessions, nature excursions, workshops).
You agree to notify Santosh of any injuries, illnesses, allergies, or mental health concerns prior to the retreat so we can make accommodations when possible.

Santosh does not provide medical care on site. We recommend traveling with adequate travel insurance that includes emergency medical assistance.

3. Travel Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining your own flights, passport, and any necessary visas

  • Complying with COVID-19 or other local health regulations (e.g. testing, vaccine proof, masks)

  • Arriving on time at the designated location for included transfers

We are not responsible for missed connections or late arrivals due to travel delays.

4. Insurance & Liability

Participation in a retreat is at your own risk. You agree to release Santosh Retreats, its employees, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, or damage incurred before, during, or after the retreat.

We highly recommend purchasing:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption insurance

  • Emergency medical insurance

  • Lost baggage or delay protection

You acknowledge that adventure excursions may carry physical risk, and you accept personal responsibility for your participation.

5. Media Use & Opt-Out

We occasionally photograph or film retreat activities to share the magic with our community. By joining, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes across our platforms.

If you prefer not to be included in any content, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

6. Changes to the Program

While we aim to deliver the retreat itinerary as advertised, some details may shift due to weather, vendor availability, or local conditions. We reserve the right to make minor changes without notice — always keeping your best experience in mind.
